To tell the truth, the episode wouldn't be that bad if I wasn't constantly bothered by two questions after watching it. Why do John and Maureen behave like complete idiots when it comes to a gun? There isn't even a shadow of suspicion on June ("Dr. Smith"), anyone could have taken it, assuming that eleven-year-old Will had a weapon stash under his bed. It also isn't clear to me how the tunnel from the asphalt (tar) lake didn't collapse immediately after John released the internal pressure by cutting through it. Could it be a miracle? I'm not a doctor, but I've heard that performing CPR with bent elbows is not very successful...
