English It's moderately entertaining, featuring decent characters portrayed by excellent actors, especially John Goodman, a personal favorite. However, it remains just a remake. The 1950 version is much funnier, largely due to Judy Holliday's captivating performance. Melanie Griffith, in contrast, didn't quite appeal to me in this role. ()
